Wash and soak dal for 10 minutes
Boil adding 1 glass water, salt and turmeric powder for 2 whistles in pressure cooker
In a pan heat oil
Add finely chopped onions and fry well
Add chopped vegetables and again saute for 2..3 minutes
Add 1 glass water and mashed dal
Add cumin powder and pepper powder
Let it boil for 4..5 minutes
Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander
