Firstly take the mixing bowl add gram flour and Rice flour, cumin seeds, carom seeds and all masala spices mentioned above in the ingredients below.
Now add grated and chopped all veggies and salt , soda bi carbonate, finely chopped coriander leaves mix well with adding needed water.
Make a smooth and little thick batter consistency.
Now take the bread slices, cut into triangle shape. And apply butter on both sides and roast few seconds on tawa.
Next take roasted 1 bread pieces and dip in prepared besan mixture batter is well coated with bread.
Preheat the oil in deep pan, and fry the besan coated bread on medium flame. They turns crispy and changes in the colour.
Repeat this process to all bread slices. Serve with Green chutney or tomato ketchup.
