Serves 4

  • 1 cup Rice flour

  • 1/2 cup roasted Gram dal powder

  • 1/2 cup urad dal flour

  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp MTR chakali Powder

  • little Warm water as needed

  • 1/2 bunch of fresh spinach leaves puree

  • Oil as needed to deep fry

  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

    In a mixing bowl add sieved all flours, roasted gram dal powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste, chakali masala powder, Ginger garlic paste mix well

    Next heat the pan dry roast the sesame seeds add to flour mixture.

    In the same pan little heat 3 tbsp oil and pour to flour mixture. Then add spinach purée now mix well with the help of spoon.

    Next take chakali maker and pour spoonful of oil around the chakli maker.

    Further take small quantity of dough make a cylindrical shape. Put in the chakli maker. Make a chakalis to round shape as you desire.

    Furthermore heat the oil in pan. and deep Fry the chakalis on low to medium flame until they turns light golden brown colour and crispy.

    While chakalis are once cooled store in airtight container.

    Now Tasty and crispy chakalis are ready. This is best for Evening tea time snacks serve with hot tea.
