Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup toor dal


  • 1 green chilli slit into two


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1 currs leaf sprig


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch sugar


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Pressure cook dal by adding haldi and 2 glass for 3 whistles
  • Stirr it using stirrer.add sugar.
  • In tadka pan add oil and when it heats add mustard, curry leaf, gren chilli.cumin powder , hing and add this hot oil in dal
  • Cover it for a minute. And serve hot
