Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 cup dosa batter


  • 1 fresh coconut


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 3 green chillies

Directions

  • Grate coconut and add in the blender
  • Add salt, green chilli, coconut and blend until smooth
  • Add this into dosa batter.
  • Add soda and mix it well.
  • Grease a thali with oil . Pour this batter and tap the plate.
  • Boil water in kadai and place this plate in it. Steam the idli for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot with peanut coconut chutney chutney
