Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup rice


  • 1 cup toor dal


  • 1 cup sprouted moth


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 2 tsp ghee


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Heat ghee in pressure cooker
  • Add mustard and onion.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • When the raw smell goes away and moth.
  • Saute for a minute.
  • Add rice, toor dal and saute for a minute
  • Add 3 cup water and pressure cook for 3 whistles on low flame.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
