Pressure cook toor dal for 4 whistles
When its done stir it with stirrer
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin till it pops
Add garlic and onion
When onion shrinks add tomato . Put the flame high.
Add salt, haldi and coriander leaves.
Add this tadka on the dal and mix it well.
Boil this dal for a minute and serve with rice
