Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 cup ghee

  • 2cups warm water

Directions

    In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well

  • 02

    Now gradually add warm water and make dough

  • 03

    Grease with ghee and set aside and allow to rest for 15 to 30 min

  • 04

    Later make balls from dough and roll them using using pin

  • 05

    Take one of them and apply ghee on one side and sprinkle flour on it and start making pleats

  • 06

    Now roll this again end should be folded from bottom

  • 07

    Now press gently with hand and set aside

  • 08

    Meanwhile heat tawa and roast these parotas with ghee on both sides

  • 09

    Serve hot with curry
