Serves : 5
  • 3 cups wheat flour

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 cup ghee

  • 2cups warm water


  • In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well
  • Now gradually add warm water and make dough
  • Grease with ghee and set aside and allow to rest for 15 to 30 min
  • Later make balls from dough and roll them using using pin
  • Take one of them and apply ghee on one side and sprinkle flour on it and start making pleats
  • Now roll this again end should be folded from bottom
  • Now press gently with hand and set aside
  • Meanwhile heat tawa and roast these parotas with ghee on both sides
  • Serve hot with curry
