Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 cup besan


  • 2 onion sliced


  • 1 tsp curd


  • 2 green chillies


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard
  • Add onion and salt. When it shrinks add chillies
  • Add haldi, gram flour and saute till it is fragrant
  • Add 1 glass water anfdstir continuosly to avoid lumps
  • Add curd and mix. Cover it with a lid.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve with bhakari
