Heat a non stick pan add dal,salt, Turmeric powder, lauki, Red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chilli, mix Well and add 2cups of water ,cover and cook till done.
Heat ghee in a non stick pan add ghee,cumin seeds and when seeds changed colour add hing.
Add this tempering hto cook dal and lauki mixture.
Mix well and add sugar and coriander leaves.
Cover and cook for 2mins add lime juice mix well and serve hot.
