Method :-
put and light heated butter / oil / ghee to the pan. Now add cumin seeds and now add onions, tomatoes, stir continuously in a high flame for about 1 minute. Now add all the sprouted grains, add salt and turmeric powder, mix well and lightly sprinkle them in the center for 2-3 minutes. Stir the flame, add black pepper, lemon juice and mix well.
Now take it out in a plate and put curd, green chutney, sweet chutney on top, add chaat masala and garnish it with finely chopped pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, a little chopped onion (is optional).
