Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 250 gm parwal

  • 1 big size potato

  • 1 onion

  • 5-6 tomatoes

  • 1 tea spoon jeera

  • 1 chopped ginger

  • 1 tea spoon oil

  • 1 tea spoon salt

  • 1.5 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder

  • 2 tea spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 chopped green coriander leaves

  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder

Directions

    Cut parwal and potatoes in small pieces

  • 02

    Fry it in oil light brown

  • 03

    Keep aside

  • 04

    Make puree of tomato onion ginger

  • 05

    Take kadai add oil jeera hing as it crackles add puree

  • 06

    Add oil spices except amchur add fried potato and parwal

  • 07

    Mix well cover it and let it cook garnish with green coriander

  • 08

    Serve with parantha or roti
