Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup black gram (urad daal)

  • 1/2 cup chana dal

  • 1/4 cup groundnuts

  • 2 cups onion garlic ginger tomato paste

  • 1 cup kasuri methi

  • 1/2 cupcoriander and curry leaves powder

  • 3 spoon oil

  • 1 spoon chili powder

  • 1/4 spoon turmeric powder

  • 2 spoon salt

  • 2 spoon Garam Masala

  • 1/4 spoon hing

  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • 01

    pressure cook urad dal chana dal groundnuts by adding hing & salt for 3 whistles

  • 02

    heat oil and add onion paste to it

  • 03

    cook it until golden brown

  • 04

    and all dry masala to it

  • 05

    add all cook pulses in it

  • 06

    add water for gravy

  • 07

    finally add kasuri methi

  • 08

    cook it for 5 minutes

  • 09

    add coriander and curry leaves powder

  • 10

    garnish with kasuri Methi and serve with plain rice
