Soak the lentils a night before.
Now to the cooker add 1 tbsp oil and lentils, without water. Add turmeric and salt. Cook at high heat, till the lentil changes color. Take it out.
Now to the same cooker add onions, when brown in color add meat, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly powder, Zeera powder, salt.. Cook till the oil separates.
Now give 2-3 whistle. Till the meat is almost tender.
Now to the same meat add lentils and lots of water. Again whistle it for 2.
Add ginger julienne, soya, green chili.
Garam masala and serve hot with your favorite
