Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Chana dal 1/2 cup


  • moong dal 1cup


  • Mutton 1 kg


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp


  • Coriander powder 2tbsp


  • Chilly powder 2 tbsp


  • Grinded Garam masala 2 tbsp


  • Sliced onions 2


  • Zeera powder 2 tbsp


  • Salt 2 tbsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp


  • Ginger julienne 1 whole


  • Soya leaves 1/2 cup

Directions

  • Soak the lentils a night before.
  • Now to the cooker add 1 tbsp oil and lentils, without water. Add turmeric and salt. Cook at high heat, till the lentil changes color. Take it out.
  • Now to the same cooker add onions, when brown in color add meat, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, chilly powder, Zeera powder, salt.. Cook till the oil separates.
  • Now give 2-3 whistle. Till the meat is almost tender.
  • Now to the same meat add lentils and lots of water. Again whistle it for 2.
  • Add ginger julienne, soya, green chili.
  • Garam masala and serve hot with your favorite
