Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Green Whole Moong - 1 Cup

  • Green chili - 4 to 5/ to taste

  • Ginger - 1 inch

  • Salt - 1 tsp/ to taste

  • Butter - 1/2 tsp

  • Onion - 1 medium size

  • Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 50 grm

  • Carrot - 1

  • Coriander and Curry leaves (Chopped) - 1 tbs

  • Black pepper - 1 tsp

Directions

    Soak moong dal for at least 2 hours.

    Grind moong dal, green chilis, ginger, salt together and make a thick paste by adding just 5-6 tbs of water.

    Put a dosa pan on the stove at medium flame. Sprinkle some water and softly wipe it with tissue paper.

    Add ladle-full dosa batter and spread it in circle.

    After a minute, spread 1/2 tsp of butter over it and add some chopped onion, carrot, mashed cottage cheese, coriander leaves and black pepper on the top of dosa.

    Let it cook till you start see blown patches on the lower surface of dosa. Fold it right then and take it off from the pan.

    Serve it with sambhar, green chutney and coconut chutney.
