Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Green Whole Moong - 1 Cup


  • Green chili - 4 to 5/ to taste


  • Ginger - 1 inch


  • Salt - 1 tsp/ to taste


  • Butter - 1/2 tsp


  • Onion - 1 medium size


  • Paneer (Cottage cheese) - 50 grm


  • Carrot - 1


  • Coriander and Curry leaves (Chopped) - 1 tbs


  • Black pepper - 1 tsp

Directions

  • Soak moong dal for at least 2 hours.
  • Grind moong dal, green chilis, ginger, salt together and make a thick paste by adding just 5-6 tbs of water.
  • Put a dosa pan on the stove at medium flame. Sprinkle some water and softly wipe it with tissue paper.
  • Add ladle-full dosa batter and spread it in circle.
  • After a minute, spread 1/2 tsp of butter over it and add some chopped onion, carrot, mashed cottage cheese, coriander leaves and black pepper on the top of dosa.
  • Let it cook till you start see blown patches on the lower surface of dosa. Fold it right then and take it off from the pan.
  • Serve it with sambhar, green chutney and coconut chutney.
