  • Sprouted black gram ladoos material :- 2 bowls of sprouts black gram 1 bowl Boora / खांड /powderd suger ( you can take as per your taste ) 1 bowl chopped nuts 1/2 Bowl Ghee 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Directions

  • Method :-  Spread the sprouted gram for a while, then grind it in a grinder. Now heat the ghee in a pan, fry all the dry fruits and grind them coarsely. Now add chana pest to the pan and fry on a medium flame, add cardamom powder and stir until the moisture of the gram dries. While frying it will leave the bottom of pan then add the dry fruits to it and mix the boora after cooling it and mix it well with both hands and make laddus if the ladoos are not made properly or not well nicely then add a little milk or cream Delicious and nutritious laddu is ready…
