  • Urad dal...1/2cup Pearl Millet...1cup

  • Fenugreek seeds...1/2tspn

  • Green chilli...2

  • Olive oil...2tbspn

  • Chopped onion, tomato, cucumber & carrot...1bowl

  • Chat masala...1tbspn

  • Salt...1tbspn

Directions

    Mix urad dal, millet & fenugreek seeds in a bowl & soak it with enough water for at least 1 hours.

    Then add green chilli & garlic cloves , grind it & make a paste of it.Don't add water.If needed add 2 to 3tbspn water.We have to make the consistency just like dosa batter.

    Add salt, cover it & keep aside for fermentation for at 3 to 4 hour.Don't over ferment else it will become sour.

    Chop cucumber, tomato, onion, carrot.Add salt & chat masala.Salad is ready.

    Take small hand sandwich maker now.Make it hot on gas & brush oil on both side of it.

    Now spread some batter on one side of it & put some salads over it .

    Again cover it with some batter & decorate it with some salads.

    Make the flame low, sprinkle few drops of oil over it & cook both side in low flame for about 10 to 12 minutes.

    Sandwich is ready now.Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
