Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale chane
  • 1 tsp musterd seed
  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 red chilli pwd
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp dry mango pwd
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Socked the chane 1 hour
  • Take cooker put 2 cup of water and chane in it
  • Whistle it 4 to 5
  • Rinse the water
  • Take a pan heat oil
  • Add musturd seedvand zeera
  • Add 1 chopped green chilli ,onion chopped and curry leaves
  • saute it till light pink Add bleck chane
  • Add salt and all masala
  • Mix well
  • Keep it on the low flame for 5 min.
  • Take a serving trey keep chane on it
  • Garnish with onion tometo and coriander leaves
