First take two bowl in one bowl sock urad dal and another bowl sock suji for 1 hour
After one hour take a mixer jar make fine batter of urad dal
Batter of urad dal mix in the suji bowl
Mix both properly add little water make idli batter
Keep it for 1 hour
Now in this batter add salt mix well
At last add eno pouch mix properly
Take idli steamer put water in it
Greese the idli mold put batter of in mold
Keep it fast flame for 20 min.
Make 24 idli in this batter
For samber,,, socked both dal for half hour
Take cooker put dal ,a pinch ofturmric pwd and green chilli
Whistle it 3
Take a pan heat oil add musterd seed ,cumin seed
Add onion saute it till light brown
Add bottle gaurd and tometo chopped
Cover with lid for 3 min.
Open the lead mash the tometo
Spread salt ,red chilli pwd and samber masala
Mix well
Keep a side
Open the cooker lid beat dal with help of beeter
Add turmrid water and 1 cup of water
Add salt
Boil the dal
Now put the samber mixture in it mix wll
Add curry leaves and corinder leaves
Keep the cooker at low flame for 5 to 7 min.
Now samber and idli is ready
Enjoy with coconut chutney
