Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 medium size potatoes


  • 2 green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp turmeric


  • 1tbs roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tbs chat masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbs red chillie powder(optional)


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 2 tbs oil

Directions

  • Knead wheat flour adding oil, water andsalt
  • Boil and mash potatoes. Add all dry ingredients also add chopped corriander and form balls. Approximate 6 balls will be made.
  • Roll out a roti fill it with potaoes ball nd roll in a thick parantha
  • Shallow fry the parantha with little oil
  • For preparing dip
  • 4 tbs mayonnaise, 3 tbs curd, 1 tbs green chille sauce, 2 tbs tomatoe ketcup
  • Mix all well nd serve with hot parantha
