Knead wheat flour adding oil, water andsalt
Boil and mash potatoes. Add all dry ingredients also add chopped corriander and form balls. Approximate 6 balls will be made.
Roll out a roti fill it with potaoes ball nd roll in a thick parantha
Shallow fry the parantha with little oil
For preparing dip
4 tbs mayonnaise, 3 tbs curd, 1 tbs green chille sauce, 2 tbs tomatoe ketcup
Mix all well nd serve with hot parantha
