  • 1/2 cup arhar dal 3 tablespoon peanuts 1/2 cup wheat flour 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds 1 tablespoon chickpea flour 1 tablespoon haldi powder 1 tablespoon red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon corinder powder 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, A pinch of asafoetida 1 dry red chilli 1 spring curry leaves 3 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon sugar 3 tablespoon oil 4 cup water, salt to taste corinder leaves for garnising

  • 1.Wash dal and pressure cook, keep a bowl in between of dal and add some peanut to it, then cook for 3-5 vissel, while dal and peanut is cooking prepare a dhokli dough. 2.Take a big vessel add wheat flour, chickpea flour, haldi powder, caromseeds, salt, red chilli powder, Oil mix and need a soft dough with help of water and keep side for farment. 3.Open the lid of preesure cooker and take out the peanut bowl from it, Now bleand the dal Into smooth pure while adding water as required. 4.Heat oil in a kadai and add Mustard seeds let it splutter then add cumin seeds,dry red chilli,asafoetida and curry leaves saute all then add haldi powder, red chilli powder mix well. 5.Add pure of dal, boiled peanuts, Lemon jucie, sugar, salt mix cook on medium flame. 6. In between take a dough from it divide 4 portion in equall part make round ball of it. Now roll one portion into circle shape with help of roller cut into triangle shape, these triangle pieces is known as dhokli. 7.Slowly add these pieces into dal pure and cook, repeat the process like this cook till pieces are well cooked. 8.Trun off the gas serve in a bowl add some corinder leaves on top and enjoy dal dhokli
