  •  • low fat milk - 1/4 cup

  •  • frozen banana - 2

  •  •  frozen blueberries - 1 handful

  •  •  dates - 2

  •  •  honey ( optional )

  • For garnishing :

  •  •  slivered almonds

  •  •  banana - 1

  •  •  blueberries

  •  •  raspberries

  •  •  granola

Directions

  • 01

    1. into a blender add in low fat milk (or milk of your choice) , frozen banana, frozen blueberries and dates. Add honey or Maple syrup if needed.

    2. blend everything smoothly.

    3. now transfer it to a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings, here I'm using sliced banana, blueberries, raspberries, slivered almond and some granola
