In a bowl add gram flour and 2 spoin ghee. Mix well.
Now add small portion of milk and make a soft dough. Keep ot aside for 20 minutes.
Now we will prepare sugar syrup. Add 2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Disolve sugar in water and cook for more 5minutes. Meanwhile chop DryFruits.
In 2 spoon hot water soak saffron threads.
Heat ghee in a pan. Now add gramflour dough and mix well.
Roast it on medium flame untill it starts ro release the ghee. It will take 7-8 minutes.
Now add khoya and mix well.
Again roast it for 4-5 minutes.
Now add sugar syrup, saffron and dry fruits. Cook it untill it turns thicken. Turn off the gas.
Now grease a plate and spred it. Garnish with dryfruits and silver foil.
Rest it for 2 hours.
Cut into square pieces.
Mohanthaal is ready to serve.
Store it in airtight container in fridge.
