Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 cups horse gram flour

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2cup chana dal flour (besan)

  • 1 spoon salt

  • 2 spoon green chillies, cumin seeds & coriander leaves paste

  • 3 cups water

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1/4 Cup hing

Directions

  • 01

    mix all the ingredients and make a dough (accept oil)

  • 02

    take very small portion of the dough .

  • 03

    roll them with help of your fingers

  • 04

    heat oil and add hing into it

  • 05

    pour water and bring it to boil

  • 06

    add sengule to boiling water

  • 07

    pressure cook for 3 whistles

  • 08

    sarve hot
