Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups horse gram flour


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2cup chana dal flour (besan)


  • 1 spoon salt


  • 2 spoon green chillies, cumin seeds & coriander leaves paste


  • 3 cups water


  • 1/2 cup oil


  • 1/4 Cup hing

Directions

  • mix all the ingredients and make a dough (accept oil)
  • take very small portion of the dough .
  • roll them with help of your fingers
  • heat oil and add hing into it
  • pour water and bring it to boil
  • add sengule to boiling water
  • pressure cook for 3 whistles
  • sarve hot
