2 cups horse gram flour
1 cup wheat flour
1/2cup chana dal flour (besan)
1 spoon salt
2 spoon green chillies, cumin seeds & coriander leaves paste
3 cups water
1/2 cup oil
1/4 Cup hing
Directions
mix all the ingredients and make a dough (accept oil)
take very small portion of the dough .
roll them with help of your fingers
heat oil and add hing into it
pour water and bring it to boil
add sengule to boiling water
pressure cook for 3 whistles
sarve hot
