Wash and soak 1 cup moong daal for 4-5 hours.
Strain all the water and grind it without adding water.
In a non stick pan add 2 cup of desi ghee. Add grinded daal and roast it.
Continue stir it. And roast it untill it starts to release the ghee.
Now turn off the gas and atrain it in a iron chhalni. Ao that its all oil can release.
Bow add water and suger in same pan and completely dissolve the sugar in water.
Now add roasted daal and yellow color and mix well.
Cover it for 3-4 minutes or untill it soakes allntje syrup.
Now add chopped cashews and cook for 2 minutes on high flame
Turn off the gas abd serve hot.
