Ingredients

  • 1 cup moong dhuli daal


  • 2 cup desi ghee


  • 1.25 cup sugar


  • 2 cup water


  • 1 pinch yellow color


  • 1/2 cup cashews

Directions

  • Wash and soak 1 cup moong daal for 4-5 hours.
  • Strain all the water and grind it without adding water.
  • In a non stick pan add 2 cup of desi ghee. Add grinded daal and roast it.
  • Continue stir it. And roast it untill it starts to release the ghee.
  • Now turn off the gas and atrain it in a iron chhalni. Ao that its all oil can release.
  • Bow add water and suger in same pan and completely dissolve the sugar in water.
  • Now add roasted daal and yellow color and mix well.
  • Cover it for 3-4 minutes or untill it soakes allntje syrup.
  • Now add chopped cashews and cook for 2 minutes on high flame
  • Turn off the gas abd serve hot.
