pressure cook all pulses , rice , wheat & jowar.& for 2 whistles
stain and make it dry completely (use microwave dry it in direct sunlight..it can be stored up to 1 year
adding one spoon of oil roast on low flame until crispy
remove from the heat
deep fry groundnuts , cashews nuts & curry leaves
add Chivda masala to it and mix it property
protein chivda or namkin is ready to serve
