Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup chana dal

  • 1/2 cup moong dal

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 1/2cup wheat

  • 1/2cup Kabuli Chana

  • 1/2 cup groundnuts

  • 1/2cup cashew nuts

  • 1/2cup curry leaves

  • 2 tbsp chivda masala (chilli powder ,turmeric powder, powder sugar, salt)

  • 5 spoon oil

Directions

  • 01

    pressure cook all pulses , rice , wheat & jowar.& for 2 whistles

  • 02

    stain and make it dry completely (use microwave dry it in direct sunlight..it can be stored up to 1 year

  • 03

    adding one spoon of oil roast on low flame until crispy

  • 04

    remove from the heat

  • 05

    deep fry groundnuts , cashews nuts & curry leaves

  • 06

    add Chivda masala to it and mix it property

  • 07

    protein chivda or namkin is ready to serve
