Add the soaked moong dal to a cooker and pressure cook for 3 whistles. It should be cooked but not mushy
Remove and drain
In a pan heat oil
Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter
Add hing curry leaves and slit green chillies
Add the chopped dill leaves and fry well till it wilts
Add the moong dal to the pan. Add 1/4 cup water and cook covered till it is all combined
Check for salt before serving hot with ghee phulkas for a healthy lunch/dinner.
