Wash and clean the moong dal and rice.soak for 6hours.
Grind it in a grinder adding green chillies till batter turns foamy.
No need of fermenting batter.
Now take batter into a mixing bowl.Add salt to taste and mix the batter
Heat a dosa tawa.Grease with oil and sprinkle some water.
Put laddle full of batter and spread it.
Add finely chopped onion,cuminseeds,grated ginger.
Flip the dosa and roast it .
Serve hot with Sooji Upma and chutney of your choice.
