Ingredients

  • Green Split Moong Dal 250grams


  • Rice 1tbsp


  • Green chillies 10


  • Salt 2tsp


  • Ginger 2 inches


  • Cumin seeds 2tsp


  • Finely chopped onion 1cup

Directions

  • Wash and clean the moong dal and rice.soak for 6hours.
  • Grind it in a grinder adding green chillies till batter turns foamy.
  • No need of fermenting batter.
  • Now take batter into a mixing bowl.Add salt to taste and mix the batter
  • Heat a dosa tawa.Grease with oil and sprinkle some water.
  • Put laddle full of batter and spread it.
  • Add finely chopped onion,cuminseeds,grated ginger.
  • Flip the dosa and roast it .
  • Serve hot with Sooji Upma and chutney of your choice.
