Wash and soak chana dal for 10minutes.
Take chana dal in a pressure cooker ,add 1cup water and pressure cook on medium flame for 5minutes.
Let pressure released itself.
Dry water if remain any.
Grind chana dal and keep aside.
Meanwhile knead wheat flour into a soft dough.Leave for 10 minutes.
Mix red chilli powder,lemon juice,cumin seeds,black pepper and salt to ground chana dal.Mix well .
Divide wheat dough into 4-5 equal portions and so chana dal.
Make a cup of one wheat ball,fill one portion of chana dal,roll to make a paratha.
Heat a tawa,cook paratha on medium heat .
Add 1tea spoon or more mustard oil and fry paratha till golden.
Paratha is ready to serve.
Make ramaining parathe in same manner.
