  • Ginger garlic paste...1tbspn

  • Dry red chilli...2

  • Cumin...2spn

  • Red chilli powder...1tspn

  • Turmeric powder...1tspn

  • Sugar...1/2tspn

  • Salt...1tspn

  • Onion ring, chopped coriander leaves...1bowl for decoration

  • Imli chutney...2tspn

  • Green chutney...2tspn

  • All purpose flour...1cup

  • Carom seeds...1tspn

  • Oil...2cup

  • Ghee...1tbspn

Directions

    Heat 1tbspn oil ,add cumin seeds & let it crackle.

    Then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato & green chilli.Cook it till soft

    Then add salt,sugar, all spices & soaked chana dal.

    Then add required water & pressure cook it with 2 whistle.After that cook it in low flame till the gravy became thick.

    Then heat 1tbspn ghee & sizzling with 1tbspn cumin , carom seeds & dry red chilli .

    Add it to dal.Before serving this dal add onion rings, chopped coriander leaves, imli chutney & green chutney.

    Dal is ready now.

    For pakwan, make a dough of flour, salt, carom seeds, 1tbspn oil & required hot water.Keep rest for 10 minutes.

    After that take small portion from dough & make small poori.Make holes on it with the help of fork.

    Heat enough oil & deep fry the pakwans.

    Enjoy hot with dal.
