Soak chana in water overnight. Remove the water, transfer it to pressure cooker and add enough water. Make 6 whistles.
After chana is boiled, add tempering to it. In an oil, add mustard seeds, carrom seeds and let it crackle. Now add hing and add it to chana.
Add required quantity of water. Add salt, chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, garam masala, tamrind water,jaggary and mix it.
In a bowl, take besan and add 3 tbsp water to make slurry. Mix this slurry to boiling chana.
After you get desired consistency, switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve it with rice and roti
