Ingredients

  • Whole Black gram( chana) 1 Cup

  • Finely chopped onion 1

  • Finely chop tomato 1

  • Finely chopped green chilli 2

  • Finley chopped cucumber 2 tablespoons

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon

  • Pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons

  • Finely chopped coriander for garnishing 1 tablespoon

Directions

    Assemble all the required ingredients

    pressure cook sprouted chana for 2 whistles

  • 03

    Now , in a mixing bowl take, sprouted chana and add all the above mentioned ingredients

    Add spices based mix well everything

    Lastly garnish with some pomegranate seeds and chopped coriander and serve immediately.
