250 g Kabuli Chana
Oil to fry chana
all this ingredients according to taste Black salt, plain salt, black pepper powder, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder as per taste
Directions
Method :-
Put the gram overnight 2 teaspoons of milk and a pinch of soda and soak it in water.
Now separate it from the water and keep it spread for a while in the cloth so that the excess water comes out, add oil to the hot and fry it till it becomes a golden pink color.
Now mix all the spices according to taste. Delicious chana masala is ready.
