Soak the peanut in water for half an hour.
After that take a mixer jar, add all stuffing mixtures and grind it to paste. Keep aside, till use
In wide bowl take flour, salt and mix well, add water and make a soft dough. While finishing add oil and knead into the dough. Let the dough rest 30 minutes before proceeding to roll them out to make paratha.
Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll each dough into a thick roti or chapati.
Place 1_2 tbsp peanut mixture in half side of roti, then fold the roti in half and seal the edge with finger tips or fork.
Heat a tawa, put Paratha on tawa apply some oil and cook the paratha on both the sides till golden brown
Serve hot with some chutney or Hari mirch and lahsun ka kucha.
