Wash and soak dal for atleast 2 hrs.
Then starin it and grind it along with ginger and green chillies to a smooth paste by adding very little water.
Remove it in a bowl, add oats, semolina, rice flour, and mix well.
Then add salt and all masalas and coriander and veggies.
At last add soda and mix everything well.
Keep a kadai on gas. Put some oil for frying. As the oil gets hot reduce the flame to medium. Take a spoon and pour some batter at a time. Deep fry till u get a nice golden colour.
Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
