Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup boiled thick moong dal.


  • 2 tsp rice flour


  • 2 tsp semolina


  • 4-5 tbsp of oats


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 2 green chillies finely chopped


  • 1 carrot grated


  • 1 small capsicum finely chopped


  • 1 small onion finely chopped.

Directions

  • Take a bowl. Add moong dal, rice flour, semolina and oats.. Mix everything well.
  • Add grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chillies and chopped coriander.
  • Add salt and all masalas.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Take small ball from dough and make round shape cutlets.
  • Take a pan. Pour some oil. Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame , till u get a nice colour.
  • Remove in a plate and garnish with tomato ketchup. Serve with chutney of ur choice.
