2 cups sprouted moong beans
2 Cups sprouted brown whole channa
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
1 medium sized tomato finely chopped
1/2 finely chopped cucumber
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder
1 cup coriander leaves
Directions
Rinse and strain the sprouted moong beans and chana in water. • Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
Now season with rock salt and pepper powder. Garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves. • Serve immediately and enjoy the healthy salad.
