Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups sprouted moong beans


  • 2 Cups sprouted brown whole channa


  • 1 medium sized onion finely chopped


  • 1 medium sized tomato finely chopped


  • 1/2 finely chopped cucumber


  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice


  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder


  • 1 cup coriander leaves

Directions

  • Rinse and strain the sprouted moong beans and chana in water. • Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Now season with rock salt and pepper powder. Garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves. • Serve immediately and enjoy the healthy salad.
