Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500g gram chana lentins


  • 100 gram moong lentins


  • 1 pinch of baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cup greated radish


  • 1/2 cup mint corinder Chatni


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp yellow / red chilli powder


  • 4-5 tbsp Oil for fry

Directions

  • Soak both lentins soaked 6-7 hours
  • Grind it. Add baking soda, salt mix well.
  • Heat oil. Make small balls. Put into oil. Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Take a serving plate .. take balls sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, green chatni nd grated radish.
