Paneer Angara (smoked cottage cheese curry )is a delicious dish with smoky flavor.serve it along with roti ,rice and paratha anything you desire.

Ingredients

Tomato 2
Green chilli 2
Ginger 1 inch
Paneer 250 grm
Oil 1-2 tablespoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Coal 1 piece
Cashew 2-4 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Cloves 3
Green cardamom 3
Black pepper 2-5
Asafoetida 1/2 pinch
Directions
Take 2 tomatoes and chop them into the larger sized piece .take 2 green chillies and chopped them..
Preheat a pan add a tablespoon of oil in it.and heat it add a teaspoon of cumin seeds to it followed by 3 green cardamom and black pepper saute them .and add dry red chilli too.add chopped tomatoes and green chillies and ginger to it .
Add 2-3 tablespoon of cashew to it and cook while covering it on low flame after 10 min.grind it for a fine paste .
Preheat a pan add 2-3 tablespoon of oil in it and heat it.add cumin seeds to the heated oil and saute it on low flame add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder to it on medium flame.
Roast the masala mixture until oil seperates from it and roast it along with spices.
Take a lump of coal place it on the gas .add some ghee over it and switch on the flame .let it burn aside and roast the masala mixture while stirring it.add a cup of water to masala mixture followed by a teaspoon of salt add some grated cheese and paneer to it and mix well .cover and cook the curry for 5 min.on low flame after cooking the curry place a mini bowl along with burn coal over the curry .spread some ghee over the coal cover and cook for 5 min.while switch off the flame after 10 min.remove the mini bowl and mix the tablespoon of butter to it .paneer Angara is ready .
