Wash and soak all lentils for 1hour.
Boil till tender,remove exess water and grind to a thick paste.
Add all the spices and salt.Add chopped coriander leaves.
Crush bread slice and mix to dal mixture to form a thick consistency.If required afd one more bread slice.
Dissolve corn flour in 1/2cup water.Keep aside.
Make cutlets /tikki of dal .Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Dip cutlet in cornflour,coat with bread crumbs and deep fry on low -medium heat till golden brown.
