Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2cup chana dal.


  • 1/4cup masoor dal.


  • 1/4cup moong dal.


  • 1bread slice.


  • 1cup bread crumbs.


  • 1table spoon corn flour.


  • 1tea spoon cumin powder.


  • 1 tea spoon red chilli powder.


  • 1tea spoon black pepper powder.


  • 1tea spoon amchur powder.


  • 1tea spoon Salt .

Directions

  • Wash and soak all lentils for 1hour.
  • Boil till tender,remove exess water and grind to a thick paste.
  • Add all the spices and salt.Add chopped coriander leaves.
  • Crush bread slice and mix to dal mixture to form a thick consistency.If required afd one more bread slice.
  • Dissolve corn flour in 1/2cup water.Keep aside.
  • Make cutlets /tikki of dal .Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Dip cutlet in cornflour,coat with bread crumbs and deep fry on low -medium heat till golden brown.
