Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 bowl rice

  • 1 bowl green Mung sprouts

  • 1 onion .cut into slices

  • 1 tomato cut into cubes

  • 1 cup mix veg green peas cauliflower,corn carrot

  • 1 spoon chili powder

  • 1/2 spoon turmeric powder

  • 1 spoon jerra & dhaniya powder

  • 3 spoon biryani or pulav masala

  • 2 spoons salt

  • 3 spoon pure ghee

  • 1 spoon jeera

  • 1/2 spoon mustard seeds

  • 3to 4 bayleef

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 spoon curry leaves powder (made at home ..dry leaves & grind)

  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves

  • 1/2 cup cashew and Almonds cut

  • 1/4 cup groundnuts

Directions

  • 01

    wash rice properly and keep it aside for 5 minutes

  • 02

    hear pure ghee in a cooker and add mustard& jerra seeds to it

  • 03

    add onion ,tomato and salt

  • 04

    and sprouted moong and vegetables to it

  • 05

    add all dry masala

  • 06

    mix all properly and add water

  • 07

    pressure cook it for 2 whistles

  • 08

    serve hote with pure ghee
