Soak all the beans in warm water for 3-5 hours. in a cooker add 1 1/2 liter water and 1/4 tesp salt and Boil the soaked beans (for 20 to 25 minutes).
Cut all the vegetables and add into a cooker with 5 liters of water, 1/4 tsp salt and boil (10 minutes). After boiling, smash with smasher
take 3 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it. Then add
2 Cloves, 1 bayleaf,
1 cinnamon stick,1 star anise,1 dry red chilli,
4-5 curry leaves, 1 tesp cumin seed, 1 tesp asafoetida and
1 tesp turmeric after add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Mix ginger-chilli paste, garlic chatni in it (8-10 garlic cloves paste, 2 tsp red chilli powder in a mixer jar and mix it). Add the chopped tomatoes. cook for 2 minutes.
Add boiled beans with water. Mix and allow to boil for 5 minutes. Add smashed vegetables in it. Add salt to taste, 1 cup water and let it cook for 7-8 minutes.
For the chapdi: in a bowl add wheat flour, semolina, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, salt to taste , oil and mix it. need a dough using water. Keep a little tight.
give round shape by hand. Fry in the oil. Until golden brown in color.
take a chapdi tavo in a serving bowl and serve it.(cut the pieces of chapdi and put tavo over it and mix it and eat.)
