wash and soak moong dal for 10minutes.
Boil with milk and cook on low flame till tender.Mash.
Heat ghee in a pan,add mashed dal.Cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and further cook for 10minutes on low-medium flame.Stir continuosly to avoid sticking of dal.
Add khoya,mix well.Add dry fruits and stir on low flame till ghee leaves the edges of pan.
Add kewra.
Grease a thali,transfer dal into it .Spread to form a 1"thick sheet.
Keep in fridge for 20 minutes and cut into barfi of your desired shape.
