Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1/2 cup whole moong

  • 1/2 cup kala chana

  • 1 cup suji

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 tsp Eno lemon flavour

  • 1 tbsp nibu juice

  • 1 " chopped ginger

  • 1 tbsp 1 tsp powder chini

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 1 tbsp 1 tsp oil

  • 1/8 tsp hing

  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds

  • 10 curry patta

  • 8 hari mirch

  • 1/4 tsp hldi powder

  • 1 tsp aur to taste namak

Directions

    Moong aur chana ko alag alag wash kre aur 6 hours ke liye soaked kre.

    6 hours k baad paani nikale aur mixer jar mai dale.

    Ab usseme 2 hari mirch, ginger, jeera, hing, hldi powder aur 1 tbsp chini milakr smooth dough tayyar kre. Bowl mai nikale.

    Chana-moong dough mai suji, namak aur DAHI milakr 1 minute fetey. Alag rekhe.

    Dhokla vessel mai chiknai lgakr alag rekhe.

    Cooker mai 1 and 1/2 glass paani and stand rekhe aur high flame pr dhekkr paani grem kre . Tayyar dough mai eno milakr spoon se saute kre aur turant medium flame pr cooker mai stand ke upper rekhe. Whistle httakr dhakkan bnd kre aur 15-20 Minute ke liye DHOKLA ko steam mai pakaye. Switch off kre. Cooker ka dhakken hata kr knife ya tooth pick se check kre. Yedi knife pr Dhokla chipek reha hai toh 4-5 minute ke liye dhakken lgakr fir se pakaye. Switch off kre.

    Bowl mai 2tbsp paani nikale. Nibu juice aur chini milakr tayyar kre. Alag rekhe.

    Low flame pr tadka pan mai 1 tbsp oil gram kre . Mustard seeds milakr 10 seconds chalaye. Hari mirch nd curry patta milakr tadka tayyar kre.Gas off kre.

    Serving plate mai DHOKLA nikale. Apni icchaanusaar cut legaye aur usse ke upper nd sb tref nibu paani ka ghol daale . Ab sb tref Tadka dalkr hari mirch se garnish kre. Dhaniya chutney, Nariyal chutney ke saath serve kre
