1/4 cup masoor dal, 1/4 cup green moong dal, 1/4 cup Bengal gram(Chana dal),.1/4 cup yellow moong dal, 1/4 cup rice, 1 finely chopped onion, half cup freshly.chopped coriander leaves,2 to 3 chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, salt to taste, oil for fry.
Directions
Mix all the lentils & rice together.Wash them properly & soak for 2 hours.
After that drain the water & put them in a mixture jar.
Make them coarsely paste & take them out in a bowl.
Now add chopped onions ,coriander leaves ,green chillies & all dry masalas including salt & mix well.
Heat oil in a wok & fry them in batches until becomes golden brown & crisp on medium flame.
Take them out in a paper towel .
Serve these lentil pakodas hot with green coriander chutney & enjoy.
