Wash n soak moong dal in water for approximately 2 hours.
After 2 hours transfer soaked moong dal , green chilli, salt and boiled Palak leaves in a grinder jar and grind it to make a smooth batter.
Now heat n grease tawa and make cheele using the prepared batter. Cook it properly from both sides. Same way we can prepare more cheele using rest of the batter. Now just half fold the Prepared cheele. Keep them aside.
Now for preparing the filling - first we will squeeze out the excess water from boiled vegetables.
Now heat oil in a kadai , add cumin seeds , tomato pieces, boiled vegetables, spices in it, mix them , just cook for 15 minutes on low flame.
Once feeling is properly cooked, fill it inside the moong dal tacos. Garnish them with mint mayonnaise.
