Steam nikelne pr lid open kre. Palak milaye aur cover krke boil aane pr switch off kre.
Tadka pan mai 1/2 tsp desi ghee medium flame pr gram kre aur lal mirch powder milaye . Kuch second gram krne ke baad gas ka switch off krey aur alag rekhe. serving bowl mai nikale.
Doosri gas pr medium flame pr tadka pan mai desi ghee gram kre . Low flame pr hing ,jeera milakr tadka tayyar kre. Switch off kre. Dal mai tadka milakr 2 minute k liye cover krke rekhe.
Serving k liye MOONG DAL WITH PALAK tayyar hai. Nibu juice milakr Lal mirch ghee se garnish krke gram-gram serve kre.
