Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cup moong yellow dal


  • 1/4 cup chopped Palak


  • 1/2" chopped ginger


  • 1 chopped hari mirch


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1/8 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp or swadaanusaar namak


  • 1/4 tsp hldi powder


  • 1/4 tsp lal mirch powder


  • 1 tbsp nibu juice


  • 1 tbsp desi ghee

Directions

  • Moong dal wash kre aur 30 minute ke liye 1 cup paani mai soaked kre.
  • Palak ko running water mai wash kre.
  • High flame pr cooker mai moong dal, ginger ,hari mirch, namak ,hldi powder aur jaruratanusar paani milakr , lid lgakr cooker ko bnd kre. 2 whistle aane pr switch off kre.
  • Steam nikelne pr lid open kre. Palak milaye aur cover krke boil aane pr switch off kre.
  • Tadka pan mai 1/2 tsp desi ghee medium flame pr gram kre aur lal mirch powder milaye . Kuch second gram krne ke baad gas ka switch off krey aur alag rekhe. serving bowl mai nikale.
  • Doosri gas pr medium flame pr tadka pan mai desi ghee gram kre . Low flame pr hing ,jeera milakr tadka tayyar kre. Switch off kre. Dal mai tadka milakr 2 minute k liye cover krke rekhe.
  • Serving k liye MOONG DAL WITH PALAK tayyar hai. Nibu juice milakr Lal mirch ghee se garnish krke gram-gram serve kre.
