  • 250 gm roasted chana flour (chana Sattu)

  • 200 gm desi ghee

  • 175 gm or to taste coarsely sugar (bhura chini)

  • 15-20 finely chopped Almonds

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • Take a wok heat desi ghee on medium flame. Mix roasted chana flour on low flame. Saute nicely & stir continuously until becomes aromatic flavor. Turn off the flame.
  • Keep aside the roasted chana dough for cooling on room temperature. Add sugar,cardamom powder & almonds . Mix well with spoon, spatula or hands.
  • Put a small amount dough ball (like a big sized lemon) on palm and make shape of laddoo.
  • Apply same Process to make all LADDOOS.
  • Now delicious CHANA LADDOOS is ready to serve.
