In the pan heat the ghee. add mustard and cumin seeds allow to splutter them.
After add few Curry leaves, hing and Ginger garlic paste saute for few seconds, then add Chopped onions saute till they turns translucent.
Next add chopped tomato stir until they becomes soft and mushy.
Additionally add all spices and salt Mix well.
Further more add boiled Green gram's into the pan. and sprinkle some little of water then Mix well with all ingredients.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves. now close the lid and simmer for 2-3 mins on low flame.
Finally whole Green Gram's Curry is ready to serve with rice , roti, chapati etc as you wish.
